A reinforcing member for reinforcing and fixing a connector for an electronic device provided with a substrate whereupon the connector to which an external device can be connected along a first axis is mounted. The reinforcing member is provided with a first regulating part for regulating rotation of the connector around a second axis which is vertical to the substrate and the first axis; a second regulating part for regulating rotation of the connector around the first axis; a third regulating part which regulates movement of the connector along the second axis by abutting on the connector. The electronic device provided with such reinforcing member is also provided.
