<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pickled fish product capable of producing the pickled fish product in a short time and producing using not only fillet but also entire one fish or half meat from which guts are removed, and obtaining the pickled fish product enabling tasting original flavor of sake lees or the like and easy to cook (burn). <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the pickled fish product comprises injecting into fish subjected to a required pre-treatment process, seasoning liquid having as the main ingredient one ingredient selected from sake lees, malted rice, fermented soybean paste and soy sauce with an injection means having a plurality of injections. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
