<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant-transforming vector, etc., for preparing a gene-introduced tissue/plant which is completely relieved from an effect of a marker gene, in a good efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This plant-transforming vector is provided by containing an objective gene, an antibiotic substance resistant gene as the marker gene and a DNA factor having an elimination capacity and also constituting so that the antibiotic substance resistant gene presents at a position capable of being eliminated by the DNA having the eliminating capacity and the objective gene presents at a position without being eliminated by the DNA having the eliminating capacity.
