<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing unfinished recording medium detector which makes a user who owns a processing unfinished recording medium failed in recording of ticket information in the previous use recognize that processing of the owned recording medium is unfinished and makes the user perform re-processing concerning the failed processing in advance by the the time of next use. <P>SOLUTION: The recording medium detector 1 performs polling at fixed time intervals from a radio communication part 12 and acquires the ticket information from a non-contact IC card 5 which responds to the polling. Then, whether there is the detector main body in a station yard or the outside of the station yard is decided and whether or not entrance/exit information of the acquired ticket information is appropriate is decided.
