<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell, of which the metal film formed on a substrate will neither corrode nor dissolve with iodine ions, and that, with superior adhesion to the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode for the dye-sensitized solar cell provided with a photoelectrode 14 constituted of a metal grid 11 fitted on the substrate 10, a porous semiconductor film 12 fitted on it, and dyes 13 carried by the semiconductor film, a metal electrode 15 constituted of a metal film 16 arranged facing and arranged on the side of the photoelectrode on the substrate, and an iodine system electrolyte layer 17 sealed in between the photoelectrode and the metal electrode. The metal grid 11 is constituted of an alloy expressed in a chemical Formula: A1-xBx (where A denotes either element of Ru or Ir, B denotes at least one of the elements selected from among Ta, Ti, and Hf, and x is 0.05 or higher and 0.30 or lower). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
