<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide odorless garlic containing a selenium compound at high concentration. <P>SOLUTION: The odorless garlic contains selenium at high concentration as a first means. A method as a second means for producing the odorless garlic containing selenium at high concentration comprises scattering an inorganic selenium compound on a medium, planting at least one side of seminiferous scale obtained by braking seed bulb roots of odorless garlic on the medium scattered with the inorganic selenium compound, and raising the odorless garlic.
