PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing instruction file generating program for photographing a photograph to be utilized in a slide show suitably and positively, a photographing instruction program and a digital camera. SOLUTION: In a processing apparatus 1 for creating and displaying a slide show, the photographing instruction file generating means or the photographing instruction file generating program generates a photographing instruction file in which photographing instruction informations are described such as the category of slides forming the slide show or the number of images for each category. In the digital camera 7 having received the photographing instruction file, the photographing instruction means or the photographing instruction program causes a display means 10 to display the photographing instruction screen including the photographing instruction information. Thus, the image data required for the slide show can be acquired suitably and positively by only taking a photograph in accordance with an instruction on the photographing instruction screen, and an effective slide show can be created by utilizing the image data.
