摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck frame structure, capable of achieving light weight, and improving quality. SOLUTION: A lateral beam 20 is composed by cutting, and flanges 21 and 21 are formed at a junction part with a side beam 10. The side beam 10 of aluminum is jointed with the lateral beam 20 in a friction agitation junction method. In this structure, the root of a bearing where high stress is generated can be formed of base material, while the truck frame can be formed of aluminum.
