PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck frame structure, capable of achieving light weight, and improving quality. SOLUTION: A lateral beam 20 is composed by cutting, and flanges 21 and 21 are formed at a junction part with a side beam 10. The side beam 10 of aluminum is jointed with the lateral beam 20 in a friction agitation junction method. In this structure, the root of a bearing where high stress is generated can be formed of base material, while the truck frame can be formed of aluminum. Light weight of the truck frame can thus be achieved. Since weld quantity is reduced, quality of the truck frame is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
