PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transcription device of carbon nanotubes which can always uniformly transcipt carbon nanotubes on an electroconductive film and can continuously produce the carbon nanotube. SOLUTION: The transcription device, superposing an electroconductive sheet 3 on a substrate 2 for producing carbon nanotubes, and transcripting carbon nanotubes from the substrate to the sheet, comprises a heating zone to heat the superposed body of the carbon nanotube producing substrate and the electroconductive sheet, and a cooling zone adjacently provided in the downstream of the heating zone and to cool the superposed body in the heated state, where the heating zone comprises a heating chamber 6 locating above a table 11 and equipped with a cooling air pipe 10 and upper sending rollers 4 and 9, and a lower sending roller 5 locating under the table, the upper sending roller and the lower sending roller sandwich the superposed body and move it on the table, while the cooling zone comprises a cooling fan 7 applying cold blast to the superposed body sent along the table.
