PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy extraction of inspection liquid from a cell. SOLUTION: The cell is provided with a sensor mounting section 25 capable of mounting a cantilever sensor, a vessel 1 capable of holding the inspection liquid in order to bring the cantilever sensor into contact with the inspection liquid, and a tilting bottom surface 41 that is formed on the bottom 4 of the vessel 1 and has a tilting angle with respect to the horizontal plane.
