PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator with further improved heat dissipation performance, providing a substantially even cooling temperature distribution. SOLUTION: The heat radiator is provided with one heat sink 11, and another heat sink 12 forming a fluid flow passage b in combination with the heat sink 11. The heat radiator 10 has a fluid inlet 11f provided in one end, a fluid outlet 11g provided in another end, a partition wall part 15 partitioning fluid (a) flowing in from the fluid inlet 11f into a main passage b1 side and a sub passage b2 side, a radiating fin group 13 provided in the main passage b1 side, a short-circuiting port 20a provided on the partition wall part 15 and allowing the fluid (a) communicating through the sub passage b2 to flow into the main passage b1 side, a crossing passage 21 provided in the main passage b1 side from a portion of the short-circuiting port 20a and crossing the radiating fin group 13, and a radiating fin group 13 arranged in a cascaded manner such that an end of each radiating fin 17a of a next row is positioned between each fin pitch of each radiating fin 16a facing a crossing passage 21 side.
