PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice storing structure for an ice-making machine capable of evenly storing ice pieces discharged from an ice-making tray through a surface of a water supply unit, in an ice storing tank, and substantially increasing ice storing capacity. SOLUTION: In the ice-making machine 10 producing ice pieces by cooling clean water while spewing the clean water to an ice tray 11 comprising a number of cubes, and storing the ice pieces in the ice storing tank 14, a rotating shaft S is mounted on a swinging end of a water supply unit 12 inclined to discharge the ice pieces, an arm A is swingably extended from the rotating shaft S, a curved plate 16 is mounted downward on the swinging end of the arm A, and a sensor for detecting positional change is directly or indirectly mounted on the arm A which is pressed up in accompany with the rise of level of the ice pieces stored in the ice storing tank 14.
