PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof device capable of reducing manufacturing cost by the reduction of a time and effort of an operator when melting and fixing a bracket to a cylindrical part while reducing the dispersion of the strength of the cylindrical part of each product. SOLUTION: The device is composed of a first vibration-proof mechanism 1 and a second vibration-proof mechanism 2. The first vibration-proof mechanism 1 is equipped with a first cylindrical part 5, a first coupling bracket 6 and a first vibration-proof bush 7. The second vibration-proof mechanism 2 is equipped with a second cylindrical part 15, a second coupling bracket 16 and a second vibration-proof bush 17. A first positioning part 29 for positioning the first bracket 6 with respect to the first cylindrical part 5.
