PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-tank type fuel pump apparatus reduced in the number of parts, facilitating assembly of these parts and producible at a low cost while having multiple functions. SOLUTION: A fuel pump mounted inside a fuel tank is held inside a cylindrical body 24 of a pump case 16 made of resin. A thermistor case part 851, a capacitor case part 831, a sender gage mounting part 86, and the like are formed integrally with the pump case 16 outside the cylindrical body 24. A thermistor, a capacitor and a sender gage can be inserted from the same direction as the inserting direction of the fuel pump and assembled in the thermistor case part 851, the capacitor case part 831 and the sender gage mounting part 86 respectively. After the thermistor is stored from an upper end opening of the thermistor case part 851, a hinge part 853 is folded to cover a thermistor cap part 852, and claw parts 854, 855, 857 are hooked and locked.
