PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable container which is assembled without any trouble against slight molding errors and deformation caused by the use, and firmly assembled with durability. SOLUTION: In the plastic-made foldable container, an erection stand 130 is integrally formed with a short ridge upper face of a bottom plate, an eaves part 131 extending in the horizontal direction is formed on the erection stand, and an engagement part 403 to be inserted below the eaves part when a short side plate is erected is formed on a lower edge of the short side plate. An erection piece 132 to be vertically erected is integrally formed with a short ridge of the bottom plate, an engaging stepped part 133 which is protruded in parallel to the short ridge and equal in section in the vertical direction is protruded on the erection piece, an elastic engagement piece 404 extending outwardly is integrally formed with a lower edge of the short side plate, and a claw part 405 to be engaged with the engaging stepped part is protruded from the elastic engagement piece.
