PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat supporting structure for a combined harvester and thresher or the like which has a simple constitution, enables the positional adjustment to easily be performed without requiring tools and so forth, and a favorable operability to be obtained even when a driver is a small person or the like, and at the same time, improves the sitting feeling of a seat. SOLUTION: This seat supporting structure supports a seat 21 by a front supporting section 23 and a rear supporting member 33. In this case, the front supporting section 23 freely turnably supports the front section of the seat 21 by a turning shaft 22 on a bonnet 20. The rear supporting section 33 supports the rear section of the seat 21 by a supporting member 34 which is inserted between the seat mounting surface 20a of the bonnet 20 and the seat lower surface 21a. In the seat supporting structure, the seat 21 is made adjustable between a "rear position" and a "front position" in which the height position of the turning shaft 22 is made lower than that of the "rear position".
