PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer monitoring apparatus which is used in industry having a stirring process such as food, drink, chemistry, material, electrical machinery, electronic, pharmaceutical and toilet article, wherein efficiency of research and development can be increased as a stirring state is quantitatively grasped and an optimized condition is quickly conducted. SOLUTION: Continuous monitoring and recording of a state in stirring required for judging a mixing state can decide the optimized condition quickly. Output from a sensor of a sample temperature, a revolution number of the stirrer, a current value of a motor, etc. is introduced to a personal computer to be treated with a software. An electric-power transducer is used so that a precision is required for measuring a current value of the motor.
