PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a neutralization device which can carry out the stable neutralization of boiler waste water. SOLUTION: The neutralization device 1 has an ejector 17 as a means for sucking boiler exhaust gas supplied from a plurality of steam boilers 2, 3, 4 and mixing them into the boiler waste water. Valves 11, 12, 13 for stably feeding the exhaust gas are respectively installed in exhaust gas feed passages 7, 8, 9 for feeding the boiler exhaust gas respectively from the steam boilers 2, 3, 4 to the ejector 17.
