PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side wall type sprinkler head which enlarges a spray range of water for fire-fighting and reduces the dispersion of a volume of water spray for the individual ranges. SOLUTION: Wing sections 50-55 and slits for the water spray 60-65 are radially disposed to be alternately adjacent to each other on the circumference of a deflector 30. The wing section at the upper side wing 50 is formed to have a shape of an oblong and reverse trapezoid and grooves for the water spray 66 and 67 which are open in the radial direction are respectively formed at pointed heads of the pairs of left and right horizontal wing sections 51 and 52 and inclined wing sections 53 and 54. The wing section at the lower side wing 55 is formed to have a downwardly extending rectangular shape. The slits for the water spray 62 and 63 between the horizontal wing sections 51 and 52 and the inclined wing sections 53 and 54 are made to be trapezoidal grooves which are widened towards an aperture section and the slits for the water spray 64 and 65 between the wing section at the lower side wing 55 and the inclined wing sections 53 and 54 are made to be triangular grooves which are widened towards the aperture section.
