The invention relates to an injectable pharmaceutical composition comprising a mixture of at least one catecholamine and a peptidic hormone, characterised in that the mixture is stable. Said composition can be in the form of a stable solution, for example an aqueous solution. According to the invention, the peptidic hormone is selected from the group consisting of vasopressin (or argipressin, or arginine-vasopressin), lysin-vasopressin, ornithine-vasopressin, terlipressin, angiotensin-II, and endothelin-I, individually or in mixtures, and the catecholamine is selected from the group consisting of adrenaline or epinephrine, noradrenaline, isosuproxine, isoprenaline, dobutamine, dopamine, ephedrine, phenylephrine, alpha-methylnoradrenaline, individually or in mixtures. The invention also relates to an oxygen-tight single packaging containing an inventive composition, and to the production method therefor.
