PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice speech system for inexpensively and easily introducing voice speech by using a data communication network by using an analog telephone set. SOLUTION: A plurality of voice speech means 4 including an analog telephone set 10 are arranged in business places A and B. A voice speech means 4 is provided with a network switching means 9 for switching the connection of the analog telephone set 10 to a data communication network 1 or a public switched telephone network 2 and a network selecting means 8 for deciding the presence/absence of an IP address for communicating through the data communication network 1 to a calling destination number inputted to the analog telephone set 10, and for selecting the data communication network 1 and for switching the connection of the network switching means 9 when the IP address is present.
