PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message switching device for starting message switching according to a user's schedule. SOLUTION: A storage part 33 stores information of schedules or the like received by a receiving part 31 from a user A terminal 10 and a user B terminal 20. A management part 34 specifies the unscheduled time of the user A and user B based on the schedules of the user A and user B stored in the storage part 33. A generating part 35 generates automatic connection request information requesting the user A terminal 10 or the user B terminal 20 to automatically connect with a schedule management server 30. A transmission part 36 transmits the automatic connection request information generated by the generating part 35, and messages received by the receiving part 31 from one of the terminals, to the other terminal at the time specified by the management part 34.
