<p>In an elevator, multiple imaging devices are arranged so as to be spaced from each other in a height direction of a building. Each imaging device views a part of the surroundings of the building within each imaging area, and outputs image information corresponding to each imaging area. A car is raised and lowered in an elevator shaft provided inside the building. Further, in the elevator shaft, there is provided a car position detecting device which outputs position information upon detecting the car position. Based on the position information from the car position detecting device and the image information from each imaging device, an image processing device selects a part of the image information from each imaging device as a display image portion and performs processing for showing the display image portion inside the car.</p> |
