<p>A parts exchange procedure specification method includes a step for receiving data indicating that first operation verification performed after exchange of a first part and assembly of a disassembled part is unsuccessful in the state holding data concerning the first part corresponding to an error code outputted from a device; a step for storing the data concerning a second part corresponding to the error code; a step for identifying a first disassembling procedure including a disassembling step corresponding to the assembling step performed immediately before the first operation verification up to the first part disassembling step and a second disassembling procedure for exchanging a part of the device including the first disassembling step up to the second part disassembling step; and a step used when the first disassembling procedure is contained in the second disassembling procedure, for storing the disassembling step corresponding to the assembling step performed immediately before the first operation verification among the second disassembling procedure and steps after the step.</p>
