A deaeration device contains a column 1 with a tube 2. The latter is connected with a source 3 to deliver a liquid. Around the lower part of the tube 2 and a filter gauze 10 with cells of 20 - 200 ?m in size, made of a steel or a plastic, is arranged with a gap as regards thereof. The space between the tube and the filter gauze from above and below is closed by elements impermeable for liquid. The lower area of this space is connected with a spout 17 for discharging the deaerated liquid. The upper edge of the gauze 10 is disposed at the level no higher than 2/3 of the height of the column, the lower one in the area of the lower edge of the column 1. The gauze 10 is made as two or more gauze strips, turned as regards the axis as a pie joint for them. A means to obtain vacuum in the upper area of the column can be made as an ejector 14 arranged outside the column 1 and connected with a compressed air source 15. The device is equipped by devices for saturating the liquid by air as spraying heads 8 which are connected with the tube 2 and arranged in the upper area of the column. |
