PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment tool which can easily attach fellow long members, an attachment structure between the members, and a slide wire arrangement device which is equipped with the attachment structure between the fellow members.

SOLUTION: The slide wire arrangement device is equipped with the above attachment structure among a rail part, a protector, and the fellow members. The rail part is attached to the floor serving as a car body. The protector is supported shiftably in the longitudinal direction of the rail part. The attachment structure between the fellow members is equipped with the rail part, a mole, and an attachment tool 8. The attachment tool 8 is attached to the rail part, and it is equipped with an erect part 22 and a flange part 23. The plane form of the periphery of the flange part 23 is circular. The locking part of the mole locks to the flange part 23.
