PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of remotely, simply, conveniently and securely controlling a house electric appliance/information apparatus installed locally by using a mobile phone as a remote control reception terminal. SOLUTION: When a user dials an access IP telephone number for local control from a mobile phone (remote operation reception terminal) 100 and operates the house electric appliance/information apparatus 400 on a control menu of the remote operation reception terminal 100, the remote operation reception terminal 100 is connected to the TRCS apparatus 200 accommodated in an IP network and a WAN side of a broadcast access line 40 via a Web server 21 of a mobile network 20, receives operation information when the authentication function of the TRCS apparatus passes the access, and the remote operation reception terminal 100 controls a network use remote controller 300 connected to the LAN side of the TRCS apparatus to remotely control the house electric appliance/information apparatus 400.
