PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a foamed molded product capable of smoothly demolding the foamed molded product without hooking the same with the fastener support member provided to the surface of a cavity in a protruded state, and a mold. SOLUTION: A fastener 1 is supported by the rail 2 provided to the side surface 31a of the cavity in a protruded state and a foamable resin raw material is supplied into the mold and foamed. The foamed molded product 34 after curing is demolded in the direction D crossing the protrusion direction S of the rail 2.
