PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device which can keep failures of the device to a minimum by sensing the adhesion and the accumulation of a mist onto a board. SOLUTION: This inkjet recording device comprises an inkjet recording head which performs recording by jetting an ink and is constituted by providing an ink mist adhesion detecting means. Also, the ink mist detecting means detects the adhesion of the ink mist by the variation of a resistance value resulting from the adhesion of the ink in a space between conductors being adjacent to each other. The interval between the conductors is constituted to be narrower than an interval between electric element terminals which are used for the recording device. In addition, the ink mist detecting means is constituted in a manner to be arranged at a position being closest to the recording section than elements arranged on the electric board which is provided on the recording device.
