PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing power consumption, and to provide an electronic apparatus that uses the same. SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device, a first potential is supplied from a high-potential power source and a second potential is supplied from a low-potential power source. If a first signal is inputted to an input node, a second signal is outputted from an output node. The semiconductor device is capable of reducing power consumption accompanying charging and discharging of wiring, by reducing the potential difference of the second signal smaller than the potential difference between the first potential and the second potential.
