PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcasting receiver capable of receiving a TS packet when the TS packet of an externally acquired TS is normal even in the case of causing abnormality due to the deterioration of receiving circumstances in a TS packet of an internally acquired TS. SOLUTION: This mobile receiver and TS composition system decodes not only TS (internally acquired TS) acquired from the tuner of a receiver but also TS(externally acquired TS) acquired from another receiver by a transport decoder. Thus, even when any error is generated in the TS packet of the internally acquired TS, it is possible to prevent such circumstances that it is impossible to decode the TS by decoding the externally acquired TS.
