PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information communication device capable of realizing handsfree speech by a wireless communication system, and also, adaptable to various types of usage. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle information communication device is provided with a cigar lighter plug 2 which is inserted to the cigar lighter socket of an automobile, and a body 1 housing a communication module (a Bluetooth module 10) which executes the transfer of signals in between external equipment by a wireless system, and a speaker 3. The body 1 has a microphone 5 for inputting voice and an image pickup (a small CCD camera 6) for imaging an image. The small CCD camera 6 is embedded in the tip face of the microphone 5.
