PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell having high electric characteristics. SOLUTION: The fuel cell is equipped with: a plurality of electromotive parts 11 generating electric power by the chemical reaction of fuel and oxygen; a liquid retention sheet 20a supplying fuel to the plurality of electromotive parts 11; a moisture retention sheet 31 supplying oxygen to the plurality of electromotive parts 11, a replenishing part 20b installed in the prescribed part of the liquid retention sheet 20a and replenishing fuel to the liquid retention sheet 20a; and a fuel adjusting membrane 20c installed so as to be inserted into the liquid retention sheet 20a and uniforming the concentration of fuel to be supplied to each electromotive part 11 from the liquid retention sheet 20a.
