PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced stroboscope with a shutter emitting light in various patterns by arranging a transmission type liquid crystal display on the front of the light emitting part of a stroboscope built in a camera, or externally attached to, or externally placed on a camera. SOLUTION: The stroboscope with a shutter is constituted by arranging the transmission type liquid crystal display on the front of the light emitting part of the stroboscope built in the camera or arranged on the circumference of the camera.
