PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which has high durability and suppresses image degradation due to rise of residual potential or image blurring so that high-quality images are stably obtained even in long-term repeated use. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has at least a photosensitive layer formed on a conductive support, and the layer remotest from the conductive support contains a filler. The layer remotest from the conductive support contains at least one organic compound having an acid number of 10-700 mgKOH/g and at least one selected from the compound represented by general formula (1).
