PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator improving indoor silence by reducing the fluctuation width of the quantity of a liquid refrigerant flowing out to a capillary tube from a dryer to prevent a refrigerant noise caused by refrigerant flow. SOLUTION: The refrigerator is provided with a cooling system having a compressor, a condenser, the capillary tube and an evaporator. The cooling system comprises the dryer formed in a refrigerant line which connects the condenser to the capillary tube, and a muffler formed in the refrigerant line which connects the dryer to the capillary tube, to reduce the refrigerant noise caused by the flow of the refrigerant flowing out to the capillary tube from the dryer. Or in the refrigerator provided with the cooling system having the compressor, the condenser, the capillary tube and the evaporator, the cooling system comprises the dryer formed in the refrigerant line which connects the condenser to the capillary tube, and a muffler formed in accumulator form on the lower side of the dryer to reduce the fluctuation width of the quantity of the liquid refrigerant flowing out to the capillary tube, wherein the muffler is disposed perpendicularly to the dryer.
