PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowout port structure of a cooling tower capable of preventing short circuit and capable of always maintaining high cooling performance. SOLUTION: A blowout pipe 2 constituting a blowout port is provided on an upper surface of the cooling tower 1, the blowout pipe 2 is constituted by a vertical pipe part 2A and a tilted pipe part 2B, the blowout direction is tilted with respect to a vertical axis, and the blowout pipe 2 is held rotatably around the vertical axis by a bearing 3, and a direction controlling blade 5 is provided so that the blowout direction of the blowout pipe 2 is automatically directed to the downwind side.
