PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing unit capable of securing components with one another and suitably guiding a release fork. SOLUTION: In a guide sleeve 20, the widthΔ1 of an anvil 22a of a flange 22 abutting on a release fork RF is smaller than the widthΔ2 of a guide section 21a guiding the release fork RF, and a crimping section 32 of a connection member 30 is crimped in the vicinity of the anvil 22a. Therefore, the connection member 30 can secure a wide crimping range by narrowing the width of the anvil 22a, and the release fork RF can be stably guided by using the wide guide section 21a.
