PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing unit compact in size and capable of suitably guiding a release fork. SOLUTION: A spring member 30 can be disposed nearer to the vertical direction as much as possible (on a position overlapping with a guide section 21a) as shown in Fig. because the widthΔ1 of an anvil 22a in a flange 22 of a guide sleeve 20 can be reduced. Thus, any interference with a peripheral component P can be avoided without any interference with the guide section 21a. Further, the widthΔ2 of the guide section 21a of a cylinder section 21 can be increased even if the widthΔ1 of the anvil 22a of the flange 22 is decreased.
