PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the temperature in the interior of a compartment as well as inside an instrument panel by forcedly discharging air stagnating in the compartment and air stagnating inside the instrument panel out of a vehicle, and prevent the temperature of a seat from rising by supplying part of ventilated air to the inside of the seat of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A vehicle ventilator 100 comprises a vent hole 2 formed in an instrument panel 1, a ventilation port 4 formed in a wall surface of a fire board 3, a blower 5 forming a first air flow, seat ducts 62a, 62b and 62c for branching part of the first air flow in the downstream side of the blower to introduce it into the seat 66 and forming a second air flow blown from the seat surface outlet port 61 formed at least in the surface of the seat 66 in contact with a passenger and a first door 63 for opening/closing the seat ducts 62a, 62b and 62c.
