PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device of an embedding member capable of fixing the embedding member even if there is dimensional irregularity in the horizontal hole of the embedding member without loosening the fixation of the embedding member even if vibration is applied to a frame and capable of also positioning the embedding member accompanied by the fixation of the embedding member. SOLUTION: In the fixing device of the embedding member constituted so that a pulling and inserting shaft is inserted in the horizontal hole provided to the embedding member and revolved to press and fix the embedding member to the frame by the cam part of the pulling and inserting shaft, the cam part 6 of the pulling and inserting shaft 7 is constituted by providing a groove line 17 to the peripheral surface of the pulling and inserting shaft 7 to house an elastic member 19 in the groove line 17 so that the press part 6a of the cam part 6 comes out of the groove line 17, and the horizontal hole 5 provided to the exposed part 4b of the embedding member 4 is formed into a U-shape, of which the lower part draws a semicircle, or the like to insert the pulling and inserting shaft 7 so that the cam part 6 is positioned on the side above the semicircular part of the horizontal hole 5. Then, the cam part 6 is revolved up to a position slightly going over the vertical center line S of the semicircular part to perform the pressing and lateral movement of the embedding member 4 by the cam part 6.
