PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and efficient method for producing a pyrrolidine derivative. SOLUTION: The method for producing the pyrrolidine derivative is carried out as follows. An oxime pyrrole derivative represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>represent each a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group or an alkyl group or a cyclic hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent; R<SP>3</SP>represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or a cyclic hydrocarbon group; and R<SP>4</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>represent each a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, an amino group, an ester group, an alkoxy group or an alkyl group or a cyclic hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent) is hydrogenated with a catalyst of groups 8-10 transition metals (except platinum oxide).
