PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-draining device by which the water in a water pipe can be drained from an antifreeze valve without mounting a drain valve for a water pipe, after a pressure-reducing valve, separately from the antifreeze valve, in an underfloor piping of the type that a rising pipe of the antifreeze valve is made to fall under the floor again via the pressure-reducing valve provided indoor. SOLUTION: A primary water supplied by the antifreeze valve becomes a secondary water by the intermediary of the pressure-reducing valve provided indoors. A pipe joint having a water-draining hole formed in the side wall is connected to an underfloor part of the rising pipe leading to a water heater. Further, a branch joint which is freely rotatable in relation to an axial center of the pipe joint and is provided with a branch port is externally mounted on the pipe joint. The branch port is usually closed by the difference in the water pressure between the primary pressure and the secondary pressure to prevent the primary water from being mixed with the secondary water. When the water is drained, the branch port of the water draining joint housing a non-return valve for draining the secondary water from the antifreeze valve by opening the branch port, and the lowest part of the secondary side piping are connected to each other.
