PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total beauty treatment method effective for slimming by discharging internal impurities, effectively supplying oxygen and expediting fat burn-off. SOLUTION: This total beauty treatment method is characterized in treating a person 3 having a therapy with a low-temperature steam bathing by placing the whole body of the person 3 to be treated in a sauna room 7 with its inside space set to a low-temperature steam atmosphere of 38-50°C for a predetermined period and heating the person 3 with the low temperature steam; and, sequentially to the low temperature steam bathing, in treating the person 3 with a high-atmospheric-pressure air bathing by placing the whole body of the person 3 to be treated after having the low-temperature steam heating, in a chamber 8 with its inside space retained to 1.1-1.5 atmospheres for a predetermined period and retaining the person 3 to be treated in the high-atmospheric-pressure air atmosphere so as to discharge the internal impurities, effectively supply oxygen, expedite fat burn-off, and effectively slim down.
