An image diagnosis support device includes: fat distribution data calculation means for calculating fat distribution data from at least one medical image measured for a desired portion of an examinee; abnormal shade candidate detection means for detecting an abnormal shade candidate according to the fat distribution data calculated; and display means for displaying the abnormal shade candidate detected by the abnormal shade candidate means and the medical image while correlating them to each other.
