The method involves transferring a message with a degradation of a quality of the partial connection by a gateway (GW) to a switching device (VE) having an existing connection between an Internet protocol soft client (EG1) and a telephone (EG3). The device is initiated by the message to trigger a conference circuit between the client, telephone (EG3) and a telephone (EG2) that is coupled over a communication network (LTGN), of the user. An independent claim is also included for an end device for executing a method for improving quality of a connection between end devices of a communication system.
