NOVEL SPHERICAL CARBON PARTICLES AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spherical carbon particles that have a novel structure different from the structure of the conventional carbon particles and have uniform shapes, have excellent dispersibility in a solvent and is easy to handle.

SOLUTION: The spherical carbon particles have a diameter of 5-100 μm and have a space part surrounded by a carbon crystal wall. The spherical carbon particles have either a structure such that the carbon crystal edge is exposed on at least a part of the periphery of the particle or a carbon net face loop structure.
