PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply consumption saving RF-ID tag and a mobile communication terminal incorporating the RF-ID tag.

SOLUTION: Electric power from a power supply is supplied to a radio transmitter only if information related to the device itself is included in a received electric wave, so that the power supply consumption saving RF-ID tag and the mobile communication terminal incorporating the RF-ID tag are obtained.
