PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome defects in a conventional over-molding without using a gas assist molding. SOLUTION: A long and slender structural element 14, a handle, is provided with a first long and slender element 26 and a second long and slender element 52 connected to the first element. A chamber 64 is formed with the first and the second long and slender elements. The chamber is closed except an opening part at least one end of the long and slender elements.
