PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print the recording of speech. SOLUTION: This communication server configured to communicate with a speech terminal for establishing a speech line with a calling terminal based on calling from an external calling terminal and a printing device which prints an object to be printed, is provided with an identification information storage part for storing speech terminal identification information and printing device identification information by associating them with user identification information, a caller information storage part for storing the information of a caller by associating it with the calling terminal identification information, a template storage part for storing a template, a print information preparing part for preparing print information by integrating the information of the caller in a template when calling terminal identification information is transmitted from the calling terminal, and the speech terminal is called, and a print information outputting part for receiving print information prepared by the print information preparing part, and for outputting the print information to a printer to make the printer print the print information.
